We want you to love your Itzy Ritzy gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused and unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your return is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location; please ensure the original tags are attached to avoid processing delays.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
